What is Public Access Television?

Every cable company is required by law to dedicate at least one channel to showing programs generated by local citizens. Madhukar cannot approach the cable company in your area; the approach can only be made by a citizen of that community. The Public Access Program created by Madhukar Thompson generates programs that you as a community member can take to your cable company and get shown.
